• Physical Support: From comfy pregnancy positions to labor techniques like counter-pressure, we’ve got you (and your partner!) covered. We’ll even help with breastfeeding setup and postpartum coziness.
• Advocacy: We’re your wing-person, helping you share your wishes with your care team, especially during hospital check-ins or unexpected changes.
• Family Support: We keep your loved ones in the loop—whether they’re in the room or miles away—sharing updates and the latest care tips to bridge the gap.

Doula Duo

Our Doula Duo package is like having two best friends by your side! Both doulas join your prenatal chats, group texts, and are on call during your due date window. One attends your birth, with the other ready to step in for longer labors or surprises, ensuring you’re always wrapped in care by someone you know and trust. 

Solo Doula

A Solo Doula is your one-on-one partner, offering personalized support from start to finish. With a trusted backup doula ready if needed, you’ll always feel secure and supported.
