As a working mom, I am more aware of the approach of the end of school than ever. This is in part due to the ‘extra’ time I will have with my kids, but also because I truly don’t want them becoming couch potatoes. I am so thankful that I am no longer worried about the weeks of summer and what to do with them while I work a 9-5 job.

Last month I shared on Facebook my goals and dreams for writing an e-book and building a tool kit for families with autism who are expecting babies.
Each family whom I work with inspires me and teaches me something new. Last year I had the honor of working with a client with autism. As I got to know her and her special skills, I also found the shocking lack of information regarding how to support her through pregnancy and birth.
