Below you will find a list of our current class offerings. My classes can be tailored to suit your personal needs. You have the option to choose from a private, semi-private, group, and even an online video chat option. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss a class style not listed.

Each class is taught by a certified Lamaze Educator. This means that you can have confidence that you are always receiving cutting-edge and up-to-date best practices.

We are currently transitioning into fully in-person classes, I will keep the option of being 'zoomed-in' if you do not with to attend in person.


 

If you are looking for a class that is compact and comprehensive childbirth that you can fit into your busy schedule, look no further.

Now offering in-person classes, if you would like to join via zoom, I can set that up.

In this class, we will cover the basics of what to expect during labor and birth. You will learn comfort and coping techniques that will assist you and your partner to be confident and calm as you welcome your new little one into your family.

We will have a break for lunch and then return for the final 2.5 hours of class

This class is customized to fit the needs of a busy lifestyle and can be a one-day cram course.

Every couple is provided with a physical booklet (mailed to you), and access to review the recorded class if desired.

Don’t bite off more than you can chew! Bite-Size Bootcamp takes our traditional one-day Bootcamp class and divides it up into two easy to swallow, smaller classes – two class sessions in one week.

A perfect fit for a last-minute class without cramming it into one day. 

Offered once a month starting on Tuesday and ending on Thursday of the same week, this allows for an easier commitment of time.

With the purchase of your ticket price, you and your partner or one support person can attend the class. You will receive a booklet to refer to during or after the class. 

In the two class sessions, we will cover what to expect with labor, birth, and immediate postpartum. Each class will last 2.5 hours from 6:30 – 9 p.m.

Postpartum With Grace support group designed to walk you through the emotions, physical and mental shifts, challenges, and celebrations that come with having a baby. Register online
Participants will receive a Postpartum Grace Guide, colored pencils, and digital handouts each week. ⠀
The journal walks participants through the first 42 days postpartum. Even if you are further into your postpartum journey, the guide will still be helpful.
Additionally, we will meet each Tuesday, 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. via Zoom to chat about what's coming up for you in your experience and touching on the following topics:⠀

- Sleep ⠀
- Self-care/Family-Care/Intimacy⠀
- Vitality and Movement

Social Squares

 

Are you looking for a safe way to connect with new parents or soon-to-be parents? Look no further! Social Squares with Kooshlie Care Doula services is the place for you to come to visit in a quiet area with other families, enjoy our large grassy yard, swing set, or screen porch. It is a free gathering twice a month on Thursdays. 

The only things you will need to bring are a blanket, snacks and a water bottle.

 We would love to get to know you and your kiddos more, no age limit, all families are welcome.

Are you looking to have a doula join your birth team, but have Zoom fatigue?

Look no further, Kooshlie Care Doula Services is now hosting once a month in-person meet the doula event. Kooshlie Doula Connections is held on the 4th Saturday of the month, with some exceptions around Thanksgiving and Christmas. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.  We will meet outside in the open air, so please dress accordingly. There is a screened porch if it is rainy. 

During this two-hour event, we will discuss what a doula does to support you and your growing family.  You will meet other families that can form the foundation of your tribe, as well as meet birth and postpartum providers who can join you on your journey.

If you have older children, they are welcome; we have a swing set and other things for them to play on.
