Pregnancy and birth can be both beautiful and overwhelming. With 12 years as a birth doula, I provide experienced, compassionate support tailored to your unique needs — especially if you are facing a hospital birth, high-risk pregnancy, anxiety, or the weight of past trauma.

As a solo doula, I personally walk with you through every step, offering continuity and deep personal care that only comes from one dedicated doula.

• In home prep support: Our nestprep support can be purchased as a stand alone support or as an add on to your doula support.
• Postpartum Support: After your child is born, new families may need an extra hand.  One visit is included in your birth doula package; additional support can be discussed and referrals made to trusted postpartum doulas.
